Open House: July 5th WOD

Bring the whole family for an OPEN HOUSE workout, light breakfast snacks, and a good ole time!

The workout will be doable for the whole family! Here's what workout you'll be doing:

Option 1

20min AMRAP - "Mary"

5 Handstand Push-ups

10 Pistol Squats

15 Pull-ups

Option 2

20min AMRAP - "Mary"

5 Push-ups

10 Narrow Air Squats

15 Pull Ups

Option 3

20min AMRAP - "Mary"

5 Dumbbell Floor Press

10 Air Squats

15 Dumbbell Bent Over or Ring Row

This workout is perfect to split with friends or family. To keep your group motivated, have each person starts on a different movement, and you rotate throughout the workout!
