CrossFit level 1
Started CrossFit in April 2018 at close to 50 years old. My spark to start was a visit to my Dr. who, the year before, tried to prescribe a Statin for my very high Cholesterol. I chose to take the hard and difficult journey of changing my diet and exercising regularly. CrossFit has changed my life for the better. I’m now 55 and healthier and more fit than I have ever been in my life. BTW NO medications!
I want to be an example to people to show them that Diet and exercise can change your life. It doesn’t matter where you are physically or how old you are, CrossFit is for everyone. My current and future health is my motivation
